Order Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Post-Processing Orders: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further options.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, kindly follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is successful.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
Exceptions
- Special or Customized Orders: These cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- Dispatched Orders: If an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
