Returns & Exchanges Policy

To enjoy an affordable shopping experience at home, Bubs Australia Bangladesh offers a 7-day return and exchange policy for you. Customers can return or exchange all items within 3 days of receiving the product.

Policy Highlights

• A request for exchange or return must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt and packaging.
• We accept returns for products with manufacturing issues, incorrect Variations, or wrong items shipped.
• Merchandise must be Unopened, Sealed with original tags attached, and all associated accessories or manuals included.

Non-Eligible Items

• If the seal is broken by the customer.
• Items sold under Flat Price, Discount, or Stock Clearance terms marked as "Not valid for exchange" on the invoice.

Exchange Terms

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the replacement item exceeds the value of the returned item, the price difference must be paid.

Important Notes

• Items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach Bubs Australia's warehouse. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage.
• Returned items are thoroughly inspected. Unsuitable returns will either be sent back to you at your expense or disposed of appropriately.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns received after 7 days from the invoice date.
• Shipping costs and return fees must be paid within 7 working days of notice, failing which products may be removed or handled as deemed appropriate.
